"Horrifying. They don’t come within the 4 hour period, and don’t call to let you know. Technicians voicemail is full. Office does not pick up phone. Technician had no idea what he was doing and didn’t speak proper English = bad communication. He was stubborn and impossible to deal with. These people are all scam artists from the former Soviet Union, Kyrgyzstan or something. They must be used to treating other people like garbage. They most likely are doing some kind of Insurance scam if you are using a home warranty company. Are all appliance repair people in Brooklyn from Kyrgyzstan?? Awful people. Deport them all!!"
