"If I knew I would be searched every time I enter the club, I would have never gotten membership at this place. It’s worse than in the airport. Soon enough they would make you take off your shoes. They installed gates and said that members should just scan their ID card and go through, but it’s not the case. They search people even if they are members from head to toe. Their security rules change every day and members have no idea to what point. People go there to work out and feel good instead their security makes you feel stressed and horrible the minute you enter, treating you like a criminal. I would not recommend this place because of the ways their security treats guests and members to anybody."

"Great place especially the after school program where they pick up kids for you and they do things like monopoly or help with homework very kind people yet I wish the dynamo girls classes came back"

"I feel like they don’t know how to properly train new employees working for desk. They expect us to learn mostly from ourselves when on the other hand they should’ve taught us the whole process before we had to start on the desk mostly ourselves. Too expensive for a membership too at that. Only thing I like about was working for the gym since it wasn’t that bad, the coaches were nice and sweet as well . I give this place 2/5."

"Great facility. Also- There’s a cafe inside that is a great place to grab a quick snack and You don’t have to be a member to eat at the cafe. The cafe had quick grab and go dairy kosher options. It’s light and airy in the cafe and I had a great cheese plate."

"JCC is fantastic. I have been a member last couple of months and I love the facilities, the staff and the services. I use their pool and it has been a great experience since I signed up. Their locker room personnel is also so hardworking, they keep the place extremely clean and organized. I love it here and recommend to everyone with or without kids. Their family programs are great as I see many couples with their kids enjoying the pool. Thank you JCC staff for your great service!"
