"Their Tech didn’t diagnose correctly and he went with what I told him and he thinks the unit is old and it’s not worth the repair , he said that my unit it’s leaking submit a report saying the unit needs to be replaced and my home warranty company said that they will not cover that. Thank you for reply but you forgot to mention because of the wrong diagnostic my home warranty company refused to cover the repairs because leaks are not covered in my policy which I proved that there is no leaks by submitting a new diagnostic report provided by a second contractor that I hired on my own expense and when I sent the new diagnostic report to my home warranty They agreed to pay me the repairs cost"

"Terrible company!!! Brought a brand new water heater from them. That cause a major leak in basement because it wasn’t put together correctly. They fixed that. Now…. 2 years later the extension tank has a hole and they not willing to replace it. Something that after speaking to other plumbers should have a 5-10 year life. Scammers!!!
