Although the whole set up is bizarre to me very impersonal your standing there for 20minutes while making an account transfering money etc while the other customer next to you and standing in line can hear and see everything going on vice versa. I had many questions concerning my future retirement investments with Fidelity and what Fidelity can do to keep my portfolio in the positive for the next few decades. As such, Lisa had an extraordinary patience with me but still presented answers to my concerns, never rushed but in a understandable and in a Good methodical way. In addition for my second meeting, Lisa had already prepared a few possible pathways for my future financial investments. My 401K is now rolled over into my portfolio along with my other entities. I look forward to see how Fidelity will help me to continue prosper! For this review I will not give it 5 stars, but if I can. I will give it 6+ stars. Thank You so much.
