"I found this business on line while looking to speak to a knowledgeable person about making an old box tv into a smart TV. Luckily, Louie called me back and I must tell you, this man is brilliant. He is the owner of the business and really and truly knows his stuff. I truthfully told him that it was for my tv sets in Florida and even though I was not using his services here in NJ, he helped me above and beyond. I am technically challenged and he answers all my questions and even sent me photos to help explain what I needed to purchase. I hated to bother him, but I did have some additional questions and he gave me his total attention. I highly recommend Louie if you need any repair work or help. He was wonderful, and how many people would even help me knowing that I just had questions. That said it all about this small business owner, so yes, call him to assist you. "My tv failed this morning. Turns out it is my Backlight on the TV. Unlike Best Buy Louie was willing to give me an idea how much repair costs and ultimately recommended it is probably best to just buy new. This type of service and transparency seems to be rare in the TV repair/AV world and they deserved to be recognized for it.
