"Jean came to my house and successfully installed a 42,000 BTU - four zone, mini-split system that will provide both air conditioning and heat. This is a pretty big project and he handled everything end -to-end. He ordered the compressor, the air-handlers, all the additional parts, had them delivered to my house and began working it the next day. I had a 12,000 BTU zone installed on my second floor bedroom, 12,000 BTU zone in my dining room, a 9,000 BTU zone in my home office and a 9,000 BTU zone in my basement where he had to make a hole in the cinderblock) to run the electrical and piping. He also added an electrical subpanel in my basement and an emergency circuit breaker. I have been using the new unit now for two weeks and it works perfect. Jean did the installation all by himself and he really did a fabulous job. Two thumbs wayyyy up! No more window air-conditioners to deal with this summer.
