"I purchased my Pool heater 3 years ago, recently it failed. Fortunately, Clean & Clear was an Authorized PRO dealer for Jandy/ Zodiac products so the heater was covered. Zodiac sent ALL the internal parts instead of the entire assembled unit, so Clean & Clear had to bare the expense of the labor that it took to replace all the internal part of the heater at no-charge to me. Despite the pandemic, they resolved the issue just before the end of the summer in-time for the Fall weather. I am grateful to Jennifer and her crew. Thank you!"

"If I could give them no stars I would. Never showed up as promised. Made appointment a week in advance and I even called to confirm the day before and morning of to get a time. My husband stayed home all day they kept promising they would come and they were a no show. Then promised they would come Saturday morning early. AGAIN no show. Their customer service sucks. They are completely unreliable and deserve to go out of business. Judging by these other reviews it looks like they will be soon!! Save yourself the aggravation and time and find yourself a company that deserves your business."
