"Contracted Skylands to fix HVAC water leak in HVAC unit in attic. Technician stepped through ceiling causing extensive damage to bedroom ceiling below. No one from company called to remedy situation or even apologize. I followed up with a call and sent pictures of damage. They acknowledged mistake but have still not called to remedy issue. It has been a week, so far. Original repair was a simple repair and yet charged me $903 for labor (ridiculous). Will now need to use attorney to handle what should have been a simple transaction. Would not recommend a company that does not respond to an issue or show basic courtesy."
