"Lady at the counter wouldn’t sell a 10$ Jacket, gave a lot of attitude and tried to upcharge to 25$, and lied about manager not being there."

"Hi, I just visited the flushing Avenue store. I picked out a pair of shoes that were marked five dollars. When I went to check out the cashier told me that the price is seven dollars. She said there is no such thing as five dollar women’s heels that five dollars is only for kids shoes so I walked back over to the women’s shoes and found another pair of shoes that were marked 5 dollars. She absolutely refused to honor the sticker price I was on the shoes. And with no explanation as to why she had said, there is no such thing as five dollar women shoes when I brought her another pair of women’s shoes that were marked five dollars. Absolutely terrible service. Completely disappointed will never be returning. Ended up paying seven dollars even though that was not the price that was marked."

"Lots of women’s clothing and shoes but lots to dig through since there isn’t much order to it all. Some items were a bit pricey for the condition they were in. Wish they was a place to try things on. Staff was nice when cashing out!"

"Smaller compared to urban jungle but it's still a nice browse, it should take about an hour and a half to go through the whole store."
