"I went into the Peekskill branch I was the only customer in there at the time, it took about two minutes before either of the two ladies that were sitting behind the desk to acknowledge I was even there and when they finally said something it was do you want a deposit slip, there was no greeting she could’ve said good morning, hello, how can I help you or something. When I handed her the withdrawal sheet back, she put her hand out and said gimme your id very rudely. While she was helping me she stopped and had like a five minute conversation with the other lady that I thought was very rude. The previous staff there was very friendly hopefully these staff members won’t last long there."
