Initially quoted $150 for the repair, I was taken aback when they attempted to upcharge me to $180, despite already giving them an extra $15 for what was supposed to be a free charger.Equally concerning was the absence of a proper diagnostic. Without this crucial step, I could have unknowingly paid for unnecessary services or not received what I specifically requested. Transparency is key, and unfortunately, this store lacks it.Exercise caution if considering their services. My encounter has left me questioning their integrity, reliability, and commitment to providing honest and accurate diagnostics."

"I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I had to on this one. I came in to see if there was a way to have my old iPhone backed up before I restore the phone since I had forgot my passcode and wanted to gain access to my old photos. I asked the employee that if he is unable to back it up, to not do anything and I’ll pick it up. He instead reset the phone to factory settings in order “to turn on back up” which defeats the purpose entirely. Needless to say I wasn’t happy but didn’t make a fuss and just left. If you want to replace a screen or anything basic, then this may be the place, but anything more technical for an iPhone, I would not recommend at all."
