"Very frustrating experience. I took my damaged, but still working, Google Pixel 7 in to the StuyTown shop for repair, was told it would be fixed in one hour. When I went to get it, the phone was no longer working and the technician told me he could not repair it. He told me to take the phone to the Delancey Street shop. I did and it was promptly fixed, BUT the technician said that Google had to approve the repairs before I could pay. That took another approximately 2 hours. So I was late for work and incurred an additional approximately $40 in cab fares from StuyTown, where I live, to the Lower East Side. A bad day."

"Now the last time I went here I had an awful experience (about 6 months or so ago). (Well, here and now) I needed a cracked screen replaced on my MacBook Air, I walked in to the Stuy town location and spoke to an associate that wasn't there the last time I went in. His name was Victor. I explained my problem and he seemed knowledgeable and professional and offered me some options. I accepted one of his options and returned a couple of days later with part in hand. 4 hours later my puter was ready for pickup. Great job Victor. It was well done and affordable. I guess it just depends on the associate at the location on the outcome of the repair. This guy is Good."
