"BEWARE - BAIT AND SWITCH! Quoted $85 (incl taxes) on the phone and once they’re asked for $120 - 50% more than fee quoted on the phone an hour earlier! He even called me back (30 mins later) to check I was on the way. Once I was there claimed another customer had come in the interim 20 mins and was out of the product and so could only do a more expensive screen at $120. When I asked why did he not tell me that when he called back, claimed another customer had come in the interim 20 mins for whom he fixed the new screen. Then claims it is 2h labor! Unclear how he could fix another iPad screen in 15 mins but needed 2h for the same iPad. Clear BAIT and SWITCH and unfair and deceptive trade practice to just get the customer in through the door! Wasted close to 1.5h traveling back and forth when I could have just gone to another store. SKIP THIS STORE And employee who calls himself Gee. If he does this for price, how can we trust the product/service he provides. Save your time and go to a vendor who sticks to price quoted and not fraudulent and dishonest vendors!"

"TL;DR: honest and thorough service for all phone types (best buy only does apple and Samsung) Went in with a Motorola phone and got great service. He was very thorough. Unfortunately, he diagnosed that the problem was the logic board, which can't be fixed, but he was honest and didn't charge us for his time - even though he was with us for about 45 minutes! Highly recommend."
