The scheduling process was streamline (called and someone picked up in a timely manner) – a technician was available the same day and I received alerts when they were on their way which I appreciate. I know another reviewer mentioned dispatch time was an issue but Vlad arrived at 6pm punctually for a 3-6pm window. Sometimes it’s hard to control if they have a client before that runs overtime so I tend to be more understanding about these things. Highly recommend."
