"I've called numerous times just to get info on door installation. Most of the time they don't answer at all but when they do they put me on hold and forget about me. Yesterday I was put on hold for 21 minutes (I almost forgot I was waiting) and then someone else says picks up and asks why I'm waiting only for me to find out that the person I need will be in the next day at 9 until 6. As I typed this I made one last attempt at calling. Someone answered without saying anything, I heard background noise and then they hung up. This is ridiculous. I'll be calling Lowe's now"
