"Referred to HSN by Samsung for an oven repair. They do NOT pick up their phone nor return voicemails. I tried to call them TWICE on successive days a few days ahead of my scheduled appointment to make sure that the tech would bring the correct parts for repair. Twice they did not pick up the phone and I got booted over to voicemail after being on hold for 10 minutes. So twice I left messages to please call me. After no response I called Samsung and had them leave a message with HSN to call me. STILL no callback! When appointment day comes I get a call from the tech as he's on his way asking me what the problem with my oven is. WHAT????! I described the issue in detail to HSN 10 days prior, and Samsung even emailed me a confirmation for my appointment with HSN with the issue clearly written out. So I tell the tech what the problem is (oven display not working) and he says, “Oh … I don’t have any parts with me for repairing that.” Unbelievable. The service call was going to be $215. So that means that the tech was going to come, charge me $215 for telling me what I already knew, and then schedule ANOTHER $215 trip to come back with parts, along with the cost of the parts. NO THANK YOU. I cancelled the appointment. These people obviously get plenty of business from Samsung referring them and don’t need yours and they act like it."
"New level of incompetence between Home Service Network & Samsung. I called Samsung Support about an error code on my washer (provided model, serial number, error code, photos) and Home Service Network was assigned my ticket. The Home Service Network dispatcher said the soonest availability to repair the error code was a week away and then informed me there was a recall for certain top loading washers. An inconvenient week passed. On the service visit day, the HSN technician called in advance of his arrival and was pleasant, but said he was unprepared to complete the repair because Samsung issued the wrong parts — he had parts for a recall, but not for the error code. Home Network Service & Samsung blamed each other for ordering the wrong parts, but it was the HSN dispatcher’s mistake because the Samsung reps knew the recall did not apply to my model. NONE of the HSN or Samsungs reps could provide any valuable or helpful information whatsoever, ETA on the required part, or ETA on rescheduling the repair — all they could do was regurgitate unhelpful scripted responses and suspiciously, neither company has supervisors or managers to speak with. Who is at fault is not the point, but it was an absolutely maddening experience of incompetence and unaccountability between both, it’s the fact that neither proposed any solution or expedition to mitigate their mistake. I will NEVER RECOMMEND Home Service Network OR Samsung appliances."
"It’s been over 2 months and still nothing done. Technician came to my house to check my washer and said part needs to be order, when we receive the park will call you to schedule repair. They call me a week after to schedule repair ( lady on the phone said they have the part) we scheduled repair for a Tuesday between 8am-12pm. By 3 pm no one showed!! I called the number of course no answer. I called Samsung they told me ticket for work order has been closed by technician on Friday (the day they called me scheduled for repair) because part is no longer available. Samsung is telling me now I have to call Best Buy to get replacement or refund. So I did, but Best buy is telling me they do not see any note for part being no longer available in their system call repair company to write note with evidence than we will look into it. Now I have to wait another week or two to get an answer.. Samsung should find better company to work with."
"Never ask these people to repair any Samsung item unless it is under warranty. because they will make sure they break item to be replaced with new. if you are out of warranty , you will be loosing money on both repair and item it got repaired. these guys repaired my TV . it has more problems than before along with existing problem. Samsung open ticket and these guys close it with out even checking with customer. I wish I have read google reviews and other reviews before I opt in for the repair. it is night mare come trues. worst business practices. it is a Scam. These people and Samsung are gaming the customer. After 6 months of repair we found out one of the cable from the tv was missing from the first repair."
"ZERO STARS !!!!!! 5 weeks of hell ! Samsung should not being giving customers this service center . Run don’t walk and request a new service center . One issue after another with this company . Five weeks later o still do not have my dryer repaired . They finally gave me a new ticket number and a new service center today . I am disgusted that this company was ever given to me after just now reading their reviews . I believe every bad review because I know what a run around they have given me . “Forgetting parts “ at the shop . Ordering “wrong “ parts or just not calling or showing . They have been to my home 6 times and have no repaired a thing . Missing hours from work to meet them and they don’t show or fix a thing . Leah in the office doesn’t get back to you and the service guy Angelo cries poor me that he doesn’t get paid till the job is done . FIVE WEEKS LATER , I honestly don’t think they know how to fix anything . I put in a complaint to Samsung as well . CROOKED & FISHY …. BOTTOM LINE !!!!!!!!"
