"Excellent top notch service and fair and reasonable pricing. My wife's sharper image foot massager stopped working and I found that if you jiggle the cord it would get power temporarily. Brought it in and the technician was able to not only re-solder the connection on the circuit board, but strengthen it so it wouldn't be easily knocked loose again. It cost me a fith of what a replacement would've, so don't just throw out your non-working electronics, bring them here and see what they can do. It was no risk as they quoted me the price, but said I only pay if they get it working! The lady in front of in line me was talking to them about building a computer for her, I will definitely be looking into getting my next computer from them."
