"I had a clogged kitchen sink and after trouble shooting with the usual tactics (plunger, drano, snake, 15ft hand held crank snake), I had Jason Mazzer Plumbing come out. They were able to send someone within 24 hours. They showed up in the window they said they would by a tech named Quentin who was respectful, fast, explained what he was doing and where he found the issue. After using an industrial drill snake, he was able to loosen the clog and wrapped up, leaving the space clean, double checking before he left that he resolved the issue fully. Their service fee was reasonable, and I appreciated the text I got prior to the arrival of the technician with a picture of him, his name and a little about his experience and hobbies.
