"I used to know Mark the owner. I liked that he worked with his son and provided good service at a decent price. I’ve had them out a few times for routine service work such as installing a chlorine injector or tweaking a pump. Then I I had an endless pool serviced by them. They charged me what I thought was a very high premium but I wanted the job done right. Something changed with these guys. On a subsequent service call they tried to charge me $1600 for a pump replacement. I had 2 other companies come out and they quoted me $400. When I reached out to Mark twice he never returned my call. They now have an office manager that is like a robot, demanding $250 fees and docusign paperwork before they will even talk to you. I finally got an answer from them (via email, no returned phone calls) on the pump pricing and they said that they just have a lot of overhead and that’s the price. Yes I paid $250 for them to tell me that they didn’t want my business. The owner still hasn’t called me back 6 weeks later. Find someone else do to your work."
