"Made a appointment with this company. They committed to be there on Sunday. They called at their commitment time and said they were overbooked and couldn’t make it. Numerous rescheduling attempts with Maddie & Anna. Always the same story “Oh, the tech didn’t call you. Let me get in touch with them...”. Of course, the tech doesn’t call and they don’t follow up. After 3 days I get in touch with Damion who advises me to find another company... I really don’t write reviews but we should not support a company that provides substandard service and is disrespectful to and of their client base..."

"Not reliable. Two appointments, two no-call / no-shows. I made the first appointment with their service more than a week in advance, and followed up. I was assured the assigned tech would contact me to discuss the work. I contacted the service again when the tech did not show, and they rescheduled for the next day, again assured the tech would contact me prior to arriving. After being ghosted again, I contacted the service and got their voicemail. In the end I did the work myself."

"They came to add a hose to my window unit which is relative easy job and they charge $300 for that. Not only they take so long to finish it, my AC is completely broken afterwards. I have to work in my room in 100 degrees with no AC. Their worker barely speak English on the phone to communicate and management is not responsive. NOT recommending this company AT ALL!!!"
