"Our organization has been using this firm for years. This year, with COVID-19, there was a delay in getting paperwork to them. A discussion was had and an agreement that we would get them the info needed ASAP. It was sent several days later. They replied to the emailed information advising me to find a new firm. When I asked what the issue is, Portock replied “no particular issue”. Very unprofessional. Now I’m scrambling to find a new firm and start over with no explanation and no apology. A friend had an issue with them this year as well. I’d say to find a different firm now. Bad business."
