"I recently had a new hot water heater installed. Mario and Frank did a great job and also thanks to Mitch for overseeing everything. The guys were pleasant, professional, and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend A & J Installation to all! Thanks again guys! One month later I needed a new thermostat for heat. Once again, I called A & j Installation. Mario worked on the problem in a timely and professional manner. I find him to be be very efficient and he takes the time to explain exactly what the problem is and how to correct it…and he so respectful. All I can say is if I owned a company, I would definitely want someone like Mario to represent me. I will continue to recommend A & J to everyone! Recently placed a call to Steve and he listened to my problem and then promptly set up an appointment. Mario arrived, as usual, on time, with a great attitude and proceeded to correct the problem quickly while giving a detailed explanation. I will continue to support Mario and A & J Installation. "A&J didn’t show up at all for the first scheduled appointment. I should have taken that as a sign and not rescheduled. At their second appointment, they charged us $300 and fixed nothing. The technician was nice enough, but being nice doesn’t fix the fact that he told my husband to just DIY our leaky faucet and told him to order the wrong piece for it. Well, now we are two weeks with a faucet that doesn’t work at all anymore, and many hours of DIY- attempts wasted. Do not use."
