"Worst worker’s compensation company ever. You better have a good lawyer if your workplace uses them. Be prepared to fight for yourself because you are legit JUST A NUMBER to them. Your health comes LAST. Took them a year and ten months to agree that I needed to be seen and accept my case. What a joke this company is."
"Worst company to deal with in regards to workers comp! Payroll checks always delayed or don't show up. Medications don't get paid "pay out of pocket" and good luck getting threw to your adjuster if you have one."
"If I could give them negative I would. I was misdiagnosed over the phone by my original case manager. My case manager was then let go. I was left without a Case Manager for five weeks. I called two weeks every day I was given a temporary case manager that would never call me back. I feel I was neglected miss treated My case was miss handled. My second Case Manage after 2 weeks with no help at all. Went on vacation two weeks while I was scheduled for surgery. My surgery then was postponed for a month and a half."
"My employer uses this company (unfortunately) for workman's comp insurance. Never in my life did I imagine I'd be met with such poor professionalism. Scheduled for appointments at the wrong locations, rep and adjuster unwilling to coordinate scheduling times, and all of which was concluded by an extremely rude conversation from my adjuster who instead of apologizing for her miscommunication, threatens to terminate my benefits because.of HER negligence. This company y needs to get it together."
"I'd like to give no stars, but it's not an option. My fiance' has been involved in a workers' comp claim handled by this company for nearly 3 years. It wasn't great to start with, but for the last 10 months, it has been an absolute nightmare. It took over 4 months just to get a few tests and a proper diagnosis - nerve damage requiring surgery. NJ law requires that people on workers' comp be paid "Net 30". There have been at least 6 payments made outside of those parameters and if they "forget" to pay you, you have to wait more than a week for them to correct their error. They rarely answers or return calls, have refused to allow requested doctor visits, and repeatedly denied tests and treatments requested by doctors. My fiance' has been disparaged, had his integrity questioned, has been advised that a family member of the rep was consulted and didn't agree with the Doctor's notes and as such my fiance' is "fine", and so on. Apparently HIPPA laws are not a concern there. The financial hardship this company is putting us through is a disgrace."
