This business is just one dude in his house who is terribly unprofessional; no receipts, doesn't stick to his price, doesn't contact his customers regarding the work, and gives you no confidence that his work or his prices are straightforward. Very poor customer service. I highly recommend that people stay away from this vendor, otherwise you'll be the next person leaving a negative review."

"I should read the reviews before I handle my wine cooler and tv over to this place. I ask to please check the wine cooler and tv and give me an estimate. A week latter I call to find out that it was already fix for $280 and the TV for $ 230 What??? Weren’t you supposed to give me the estimate first? Seems that this is the way he uses to trick customers. He basically obligated us to pay for. Bad for your reputation and so sad to make money without dignity. I hope one day your kids see all this reviews."

"My computer was touch and go, sadly did not make it. Mike tried to save it but at that point there was nothing to do. He repaired it and basically gave me a new version of my computer for about a hundred under what a brand new computer would cost me. There were some interface issue after the repairs which he did follow up work on for free to get it into working order. The main assessment + repair took 4 days, with less than one extra to work out the interface issue. Mike is no miracle worker but he knows what he is doing and will see to it that at least you are not left out in the wind. Good repair time, moderate skill, reasonable pricing, well above average customer attendance."
