"Can't get a hold of them by phone have to leave a phone number then when they called me back they called me back to" TALK SLOWER BECAUSE SHE COULDNT UNDERSTAND ME to call back and leave another message talking slower and someone will call back tomorrow in the morning. ' WELL how did ya understand me to know my name and call me back with the number I left? Then never called me in the morning and then I got a call the next morning at 8am which I missed because I didn't expect the call 2 days later."
"I took my Mom's 10 months old puppy to this facility to be neutered. It was basically like a drive thru service. The staff greets you at your car, professionally monitors paperwork and gives instructions for pickup. I was completely impressed by the entire procedure from start to finish. Well done!"
