"I placed a service call and was told I could have someone that day between 10am-2pm. At 12:30 I received a call asking could they move my appointment to 2-5pm. I agreed. They called again at 5:30pm and said it’s too late could they come the next day. I agreed for the 8-12 time slot. 11:30 the service guy arrived. The office text said it would be Kenneth but his name was Shawn. His customer service and explanation of service was great. Although the cost of my job was more than I anticipated, I wasn’t shopping around and wanted the repairs completed. Shawn was extremely professional, went to a supply house to obtain the parts and returned to complete the job.
