"I am absolutely infuriated with the pathetic quality of work I've had to endure! Despite the assurance that all landscaping repairs were part of the damn quote and contract with the property seller, Kimble took a whopping 6 months to even acknowledge my existence, and that was only after the seller's attorney had to drop the bomb that I was considering a new vendor. Kimble spewed a load of utter nonsense about the system's size, and shockingly, the seller and their clueless attorney fell for it hook, line, and sinker. I was forcibly stuck with this excuse for a vendor, who not only failed to complete the repairs but left me dangling in frustration. Oh, but it gets better. When I had the audacity to withhold the money from escrow, I was promptly slapped with a lawsuit threat from his buffoon of an attorney. Where the hell is the concept of customer service and pride? From the very moment the realtor mentioned that Kimble was the "guy" from the area, I knew I was in for a world of trouble. What a joke!"
"I had an issue with my septic tank where it was backing up and I was getting dirty water coming out of the drain in the basement for the washing machine. I could not run any water nor use the toilets and was desperate to get it fixed. I called in the morning and though Rich said they had a very busy calendar that day, he would do his best to get out to me that afternoon. Eric showed up the same afternoon, drained the tank and investigated the issue. There was a clog in the incoming baffle which he cleared. The issue was resolved the same day I called it in. I'm very grateful and very happy with their service."
