"I was called to make an appointment for a "recall repair". Once the appointment was made, I arrived on time, waited an hour, only to find out, 1st I was not even checked in, then, the recall parts were not even there! What a waste of my time! To my best recollect, this has been a repeated occurrence here at this location! No apology to ensue and the audacity of a follow-up text the next day to say"sorry you couldn't make your appointment yesterday". Make this make sense someone! Signed: Extremely annoyed!"
