"I love pandora but this is the most ghetto location by far. I placed an order for my mom’s birthday the day of her birthday knowing it would be fulfilled within a few hours. I received the “ready for pickup” email shortly after but when I got to the store they were closed. What is this purpose of business hours if they can decide to close whenever they want. "My boyfriend and I stopped by the outlets before heading home. He wanted to buy me a promise ring. Once we entered no one greeted us, in fact all 6 women stood by the counter and stared at us. Not one approached us, not one asked if we needed help. They were more curious of the young Spanish girl with the young white man. Unacceptable."

"I called Pandora my very expensive bracelet was turning. They told me any Pandora store will clean it for free. So I went to The Pandora in AC. Twice they told me there Machine was broken. Twice ridiculous. Very bad service. 4 women standing around doing nothing. Very bad customer service. On new yeareve went back. They than told me they don't clean on the holidays. Again 4 women standing around doing nothing."

"All 4 women that were working December 18th around 6pm were completely rude and unprofessional to myself and my fiancé. Not only did they not allow my fiancé to apply for credit card because of his looks they gave us horrible looks and the tone in their speech was uncalled for. This place needs to hire more professional people and either fire these ignorant people or tell them they need to do better at their jobs and treat customers with respect."
