"Installed new water heater 8 years ago - with a 6 year warrantee. Unit is currently leaking. Stainless steel pan Keith used is leaking as well (the overflow pipe into french drain not functioning as water is also coming out from under than pan). Did not return my message and when I finally got through, he let me know that since he is short of technicians- doesn't have time to come troubleshot or fix the leak for two weeks. I understand it is out of warrantee, but would think he would be willing to come help with the problem asap since our basement is flooded. Obviously does not stand behind his work."

"Upon recommendation of a local Boonton NJ plumber, I contacted K. Hoeler Plumbing & Heating, Inc. to replace our functioning(but failing) 30 year old gas Weil-Mclain boiler. Keith reviewed the job and forwarded an estimate. He took care of the permit requirements and ordered our new Weil-Mclain boiler. Keith and his team removed the old boiler, delivered and installed the new boiler, and all associated parts(gate valves, circulating pump, expansion tanks, hot water heater). The job took about eight hours to complete. They did an outstanding job. I grew up in a plumbing family but due to the passage of time, most have retired.
