"I have tried to call this company twice and left two messages in three days, no one has gotten back to me. Terrible, we are local, and I don't think they want my business."

"They were called on a Saturday, but didn't come out till Tuesday, only to tell me that a part needed to be ordered from my Central AC. A week later, no one called to state if the part had come in. I called and called and was given the run around. I was even told that I would receive a call back that night. Needless to say, that call never happened either. I they called the next morning, and it was then that I was told that they would come out in Thursday. Here it is now, 11 days since the initial call and they finally gave me a date as to when it will be fixed. Don't ever use these guys. Their communication is horrible and response time is terrible."

"after installing our water heater it had a leak a few weeks later .they kept saying they were going to come and fix it but no one ever showed even after calling everyday. They never came back and stopped answering our phone calls . We were forced to pay the full price again to a different company . Do not recommend . They do a half job and once they have your money they won’t help you out after for their mistakes!!"
