Who can do that for you? No one but Armando. Promote this man. Give him a raise then give him another raise. "They don’t honor their “ceiling” price. I locked in a ceiling price of 5.60 last November. Sure it was high but not crazy high over competition at the time. I was told (and the letter they sent states) that if fuel prices go down I would pay the cheaper price. In march they delivered oil and still charged 5.60, even though fuel prices had dropped to in the $4s. Now I got a delivery this week (September 23) and they are still charging me 5.60 even though I called around to competitors and they are hovering around the 3.75-4.00 range. I called to complain last time with no luck, and will likely just bite the bullet and never come back for service. I have been a customer since I bought this house and the first two years they didn’t charge me ceiling price if oil market was cheaper. Seems they don’t care about customer longevity, and just want to make a quick buck."

"I can’t give 0 stars or I would. The 1 positive is the have technicians available most hours of the night if oil heat goes down, with that said I’ve had technicians come say they fixed the problem only to have same issue reoccur within 24hrs, we repeated that process on 3 or 4 different occasions over the course of a week each time they came back replaced something else and said problem solved. Had propane switched out on 2 separate occasions, both times it was overfilled and hours later the valve blew off causing gas to spew out and police and fire had to sit in front of my house until region came back to fix which was 1 1/2 later. Their call center is clueless, If you need to call for anything expect to be aggravated eventually. If you are warm and fuzzy when you hang up give it awhile, once you’ve called back a few more times you’ll understand."

"Replaced a tank in January, tank still sitting on the corner of my front yard for them to pick it up, when scheduling the replacement the sales rep was almost impossible to contact and had to contact the manager to schedule the replacement, never got the inspection or permit paperwork until 4-5 months after work was done and was pre-dated as if they did it before the work and they didn’t. Called more than a dozen times to get the old tank removed and nothing happens. Terrible communication, hopefully Kim can help out after talking with her today. Seems like that are reactive instead of proactive; having an oil tank on the corner of my property for 8 months is inexcusable. Was told today that they were waiting on a call from us to pick it up… we called over a dozen times poor excuses over and over again for a bad customer service experience. "Terrible air condition installation. In June we had a 12K new air conditioning unit installed and only worked for a couple of days creating leaks in several areas in the ceiling from the attic unit. Regional Energy’s subcontractor only came once and unable to fix it properly. We had about 7 Regional Energy’s technicians coming and every time we were given a different diagnose. None of the managers we emailed or called contacted us. The contractor finally came a month later and the unit so far is working, however, the ceiling has not been repaired, and the stairs going to the attic broke from all the people going up and down. No one is answering or taking responsibility for the repairs and going into two months since this nightmare started. I will not recommend this company to no one. We were planning to have our furnace replaced and will not use them ever again- The lack of communication from management team is horrible and when you call customer services they don’t provide any guidance on how the problem wi be resolved and no calls back either."
