"I called to get a price for a tread that had come off a small machine I had borrowed for a guy. I live about 1hrs away from this company. Wade was more then professional! He told me upfront that it would be a lot of $ because of the distance. He told me that is something I can do if I'm confident enough. He was even willing to take phone calls or text in the process, if I had questions! Who does that now adays!?
