"I would NEVER shop ANYWHERE else and that includes on Chewy. The moment you walk through the door and into the immaculate and visually appealing store, you are greeted by managers, Freddie & Gabby. OMG they are so friendly, professional & helpful. If they don't have something you need they will get it for you. The prices are similar or even lower than big box pet stores and Chewy. You can bring your pets in for a bath and other services. I believe in shopping local and they have everything I need when I need it. Thank you for bringing back a "neighborhood" pet store. I HIGHLY recommend shopping there."

Went and got wrong food Freddy went beyond to make sure I got the correct food, went back got the right food, had questions due to being a new cat dad Freddy took time and explained what foods are better. Really made me feel like family not a customer and answered all my questions he knows his stuff. Will recommend to everyone."

"Up until now I’ve been a loyal Petco fur mama- After the wonderful experience we had here today, we’ve found our new go-to pet store! I was blown away by their selection, especially the amount of natural products/treats. They even had fish and hamster products. But the best thing about this place is easily their customer service! Despite their large selection, they did not have the specific food my puppy eats… they solved this issue by having her food delivered to the store in the same day! They also said they will keep her food in stock for us moving forward (how sweet is that ❤️). Not only that but we went home with a bag of awesome sample goodies (pic attached) for free as well! Literally 12/10 for these guys! I highly recommend a visit!"
