"What the heck is this place? I was looking for insurance at the end of last year they told me it was going to be a set price and I gave them my information. Even though I did get insurance through them and I’ve gotten all paperwork from pennie and blue cross however my premium was significantly less then what they told me. They had been taking the initial amount out my bank every month until I started calling. I never reached a person just an automated message that never called me back. I received email next day stating there has been a refund issued for 3 of my payments. Hopefully they go through."
"I called several times after cancelling my insurance policy to get a refund as I was charged for the following month. I called 4 times, and each time I wasn't helped, and the call dropped. Yup I was hung up on !!!. I called again today, spoke to Colleen. She was very pleasant, helped me with no incident, no attitude on her part. Told me I would see the refund next week. THANK YOU Colleen for your wonderful customer service. I truly appreciate you !!!."
"It’s a scam. As soon as I mentioned canceling, they end the phone call. Same day I payed for the “plan” I immediately read the papers sent to my email and called within 10 min to cancel. Called Multiple times. I was desperately looking for an insurance, I told them I was pregnant. She assured me this insurance covered at everything hospital and that I could give birth anywhere and they would cover all medications and services for my pregnancy. It all sounded to good to be true. I later receive a document saying that this isn’t an insurance and that it doesn’t cover anything pregnancy related. I immediately called back to cancel and as soon as I mentioned canceling they hang up. I gave them all my information, my SSN, address, bank information, EVERYTHING. I called my bank to dispute the charge and close the account I used with this scamming company."
"Derek at First Enroll was very helpful and understanding of my situation. He stayed on the line with me until my issue was resolved. He showed that he actually cared and was willing to listen to me. He did not transfer me to another agent he stayed on the line himself to assist me. He was very patient and did not get upset or rushed me off the phone. He took his time and I actually felt heard. "*Update* After placing a review and reaching out to the company again I was transferred to Ernie. Ernie assured me that he would take care of my cancellation and even changed my banking info on file to reflect different numbers in case my account was attempted again. He provided me with cancellation email as well as the contacts for the agent whom I was supposed to initially have spoken with. He apologized for the unprofessionalism of the agent "Joanne" who was giving me a run around everyday. I'm going to trust this process to see over the next couple of days what happens. Definitely a scam company taking advantage of people. I've asked them to cancel my plan for 2 days and have gotten the run around. They have attempted to go into my bank account several times since I've asked for the cancellation and I even made note to the agent over the phone that the cancellation email they sent as confirmation is a legal standing document and agreement in which it stated that I will not have any future billing. Yesterday I asked the agent to remove my payment information and she said "Yes, she can do that". However, I didn't feel comfortable with her answer so I called my bank to close the particular account. I've recorded all conversations with the company. I've spoken with both a lawyer and law enforcement due to having connections in government via military. All they had to do was cancel my plan and delete me out of their system as they stated over the phone and in writing. Today that needs to happen immediately or much further action will be taken."
