"Went here to have my watch sized. Staff was nice. However, the man who actually does the sizing was very odd . What an infant! He complained about how horrible his life is for 10 mins only to tell me he can’t size my watch. He immediately recognized the watch brand because it’s a nice brand but then told me they’re tough to adjust. After a few moments of picking out different tools and slamming them back in tool box out of frustration he gave up. My watch broke his tools? Ridiculous. I went to Joseph Jacob Jeweler in Hamilton Mall and and the woman was kind, professional, and did the job in 10 mins."
