"Zero stars if possible. 1) Wanted me to inaccurately file to make his job easier. Ray's incompetence could cost you hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Hasn't kept up with the times and isn't willing to put in the work to make sure your taxes are reported accurately. To make his job easier, he did not ask js important questions and insisted on misreporting income. I ended up using TurboTax and got $800 MORE in my return over what Ray would have gotten me. 2) Incredibly unprofessional. When trying to work with Ray on a detail that was confusing for him, he got frustrated and rudely told us we could do our taxes ourselves before hanging up on us. Made frequent comments to my partner about being a "blonde", living in "La La land", etc."

When confronted about this, Raymond became hostile and combative, which is certainly not what we're looking for in a professional accountant."
