"Worked with Camilo/Quintero's Jewelers to order a family signet ring through Church & Co. Camilo spent time taking pictures of an existing ring, reviewing family paperwork and helping pick the right size and shape for my wife. He brought in a number of blanks for me to look at after narrowing down the field on a phone call. Unfortunately, the first attempt by the engraver at Church & Co resulted in missing the mark on scale and proportion. Camilo told me not to worry about it and that he would have them re-do it. The owner of Church & Co also got involved and contacted me directly to make sure I was satisfied. The end result was fantastic - better than both existing family rings in my possession. As a business owner myself, I know things can and do go wrong all the time. A true mark of a great business is how they handle things when that happens. My hat is off to Camilo at Quintero's and to Church & Co. for ultimately delivering what has already become a treasured family heirloom.
