"I purchased a solid gold rope chain for Christmas. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Since the item had to be ordered I was concerned they would not exchange. I called and was immediately told they would exchange for the correct size with the charge of course for difference in price. They were very accommodating and nice during this process. I will be doing all my shopping and repairs with them. They are so much nicer than doing business with jewelers in the mall. Nothing like personal and friendly service. I give them 5 stars!!"

"I took my watch there I have had for over 50 years in perfect condition when I broke the crystal.. after 3 months the said the crystal was fixed but the crown was loose so it had to be sent back.. They called me after another month and said the watch was ready.. I went to set the time and the crown was missing.. They tried to say it had none.. I said it was your girl who noticed while I was on the phone with her that it was loose and needed to send it back again.. Now after a total of 6 months they called and said it was done.. but needed work inside.. I told the owner and you could see it’s in pristine and that the guy who either replaced the crystal or fixed the crown that was perfect when they got it must of did it them selves.. They said it needed $230 of work to fixed what was never broken before they got it.. So now I have a watch with a new crystal that doesn’t work.. O the owner said you waited long enough don’t worry about the $65 for the crystal.. Thanks Crestwood jewelers.. But it’s ok the time is right 2 times a day! You all should be ashamed of yourselves!"
