"Worst service!! I dropped off a watch for repair and they told me it will be ready in 2 days and that I’ll get a confirmation text. I never heard back from them and tried calling several times but no one ever answered the phone. I went to pick it up at 9:45 AM several days later and they were not yet opened even though the hours on the door say they open at 9:30 that day. I went back again a few days later and the worker was searching the store for my watch for over a half hour. Finally they found it and said they didn’t fix it yet. They called me the next day and said it’s done so I came to pick it up and they told me they fixed it wrong!! they told me to pick it up the next day. I never heard back from them again that it’s ready and so I came again a few days later at 10 AM and they were closed (their hours listed on the store said they opened 9:30). The owner showed up at 10:15 but he refused to let me come in and told me to come back at 10:30 (I was already very late to work). I finally picked up my watch over 2 week after I dropped it off and I will never use Twin City Jewelers again."

"I stopped into the Howell location and was told I would be better severed at the Lakewood location that they have jeweler on site. I never thought about going into Lakewood but I am glad I did. They where professional and the work was excellent. The jeweler replaced my stone where you could see the work being done ( as it should be ) The price was excellent as well."

What I love about Twin City Jewelers is the work is done on site. The knowledge lends to stunning pieces. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Even during an extremely busy Christmas rush they take their time with their customers. My husband Jack and I felt like we were the only people in a busy store. Five stars all the way. Tom went above and beyond to walk us through the process, educating us on the diamond cut/style, and providing guidance on what he'd recommend for setting it.
