"The most unprofessional, unfeeling agency I have ever worked with. No follow up, constant ghosting, and no empathy. My coordinator failed to explain the process. I was promised a therapist and behavior assistant for 8 weeks. We only met 2 times with the therapist, and the BA never made an appearance. When I followed up multiple times, I was given the runaround. Then, after multiple canceled sessions, I received a text from the therapist abruptly ending services. In fact, they had ended 2-3 weeks prior and she was so clueless, she didn’t even realize it. No notice whatsoever, from the agency or the provider. Meanwhile, I have a 7yo in need of help. A waste of time!"

"I PROMISE YOU THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would! First and foremost I wanna start by saying the cmo LaMecca was great and so was my daughter's BA Sholanda! It was because of them that I kept trying!!! I am beyond upset! This organization is ridiculous and I should have listened to the reviews! My 8 yr old has been having a really difficult time. She has been seeing a regular therapist and a BA for a while. We love her BA however the primary therapist was very unprofessional! I tried to communicate with her and explain my worries and needs for my daughter. Somehow she got offended and told me to find a new therapist for my daughter and left my daughter stranded. I never got rude or disrespectful with this woman and Now my daughter, who loves her BA, can no longer see her because of this lady. This is not therapy for these children. This is ABANDONMENT! I'm so sick of these people acting like they care about these kids and they really don't. Not professional at all! I will be searching elsewhere for professional help! Please save yourself and your child the time and heartbreak! Also to add, the therapist for my oldest daughter said she can't see her anymore because of the inconsistency however I rescheduled one app with her due to me being in the hospital and she canceled on me twice because her dog was sick! Alicia was her name and she was with Empower U! My daughter didn't connect with her anyway so maybe it was for the best anyway. But don't sit here and lie and act as if I was constantly canceling appointments! I have proof! Smfh."

"I absolutely would not recommend this place to anybody that is tring to fix a situation with there children. What a joke and a lame excuse to collect a pay check! My advice is to stay far away!"

"Do not reach out to performcare for ANY assistance. They would leave you heart broken, you and your child. The company as a whole needs more training on what it truly means to be of assistance to these children and families. I wouldn’t recommend using this service to anyone. One day when my child is successful, I will remember how perfomcare failed him terribly. Please do not trust this company with your children."
