"Lisa the main manager is so inappropriate. I walked in to look for something to gift my friend for her baby shower and Lisa was talking to another employee. She spoke about her personal business and drama to this younger employee while i was in the store. Her “ assistance “ was giving me belittling comments and i left with nothing. Instead i went over to Wolf Jewlery where a kind young woman was able to assist me properly and with care. RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS! i have spent so many years going to Pandora for jewelry and that is it for me and my family. Please reevaluate your narcissistic managers if you want this shop to remain open."

"There's 1 blond hair girl there that really needs a full class on how to be social with the customers especially if she's going to come from the backroom and stand looking like a body guard of some sort.... no smile , no greeting just looking stupidly blank in the face. I will buy from a different mall"

"The girl that took care of me actually was very nice. However, the manager or whoever came up to me and told me to put my face mask over my nose I have a problem with - I have asthma (a medical problem for which I need to breath fresh air for my lungs not that it’s anyone’s business about my medical issues) so needless to say I will not back and I will also tell friends and family not to shop there as well. thank you."
