"Ordered a fine jewelry tennis bracelet during the sale. Of course the item was listed as “final sale” however when I reached out to customer service because the clasp of the bracelet broke not even 24 hours after receiving and wearing it, they informed me that the bracelet is sold out and I can either bring the bracelet myself to a jeweler (and they would only cover up to $50) or they can issue a store credit. I told them I do not want to get it fixed myself as replacing the clasp would likely be more than $50 as I would make sure it was a quality clasp, not the cheap, flimsy clasp that this company uses. They then said they would give me a store credit of $125 if my jeweler decided to replace the clasp completely. I do not want a store credit as there is nothing else I want from this store. This was my second purchase from this company, my first set of earrings has to be replaced twice because the first pair was defective and wouldn’t close and the second pair tarnished (these were real gold and Diamond earrings). I decided to give them a second chance when I saw the amazing sale they were having and completely regret it. Would not recommend purchasing anything from here. Ever. Go somewhere else for much much higher quality and better customer service."
