"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WAIT TIME !!! GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Waiting to be seen along with waiting in line for the teller. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE… understaffed. Multiple clients walked out due to just waiting to be seen , not being greeted, No sign in/ wait sheet. You’re just standing waiting. I waited for over an hour .. with no one saying a word. Completely unprofessional and NOT “ CONVENIENT “"
"So I went in there because what I needed to do didn't work online. I went in to see safia and she wasn't able to help me initially but she made some calls and promised to call me back once she found a solution to my problem. Which she did...I appreciated this because i do not like sitting around waiting and she was able to kill 2 birds with 1 stone and I was able to move on with my day. 2 days later she did call me back, and was not only able to help me with my initial account setup but we were given a chance to learn about another account TD offers and Safia set up both of my accounts simultaneously. I appreciated her honesty of not knowing the answer to my question and integrity to ask for help and take an opportunity to learn. Overall great experience, I have multiple td products however customer service is what keeps me coming back and Safia delivered."
