Since after mending it wasn’t me taking the bracelet but my wife she didn’t notice that the bracelet was 1 inch shorter. after my visit to this store and the situation was explained, the store employee did not meet me and did not try to solve the problem, said that the bracelet was fixed and he returned it in good condition. but the fact remains that the bracelet became 1 inch shorter. employees with a smile on their faces explain that they have nothing to do with it, although they know perfectly well that they are to blame.
