"Best prices and service in the tristate area!"
"Very poor customer service. Several unprofessional moments throughout my experience with this business all occurring in one day. I had a loose prong on my ring and wanted to come here since they are located close to my home. I called ahead to make sure the jeweler would be in so I could bring it in for tightening. I explained my issue with the ring on the phone and was told that he would be there until the end of their business day and I could stop by any time to show it to him. I arrived about 20-30 minutes later and was told he LEFT to go to a doctor’s appointment and wouldn’t be back for 3 MORE HOURS. They asked me to call back when I was on my way to make sure he was back already. I called in 3 hours and was told he was back but that he had to leave for ANOTHER hour for something else. They took my number and said they’d call me when he was back. After I got the call from them, I came in and showed the ring to their jeweler. I was then told by their jeweler very rudely that the quality of the installation of the stone into the prong head was very poor and that since a different jeweler “had already made money on this” (direct quote) that I should bring this back to that original jeweler. Otherwise, he would charge me $150 for this job because the stone basically had to be reset according to him. Regardless of whether or not it’s true that the installation was done poorly by the previous jeweler, there’s no reason to have any customer running around back and forth between their home and your store and then to speak to them in the tone their jeweler chose to use, as if I am a piece of garbage off the street who came in asking for favors from him. I don’t know who in their right mind would want to be treated this way by any business, but if I treated customers at my job this way we wouldn’t have any customers left. Never again will I in my lifetime attempt to get any service done by this store again because why should I or anybody else be treated this way by a Soviet charlatan?"
"I was a customer of this store for many years. However, the owner Illona demonstrated so much rudness that I was jsut shocked. I asked to repair my bracelet and paid for the service. However, I was in doubts if the place of attached detail is good. I expressed my doubts and just asked if I will need to pay again the same amount to change it. She was really rude telling me not to come there again. My family used this store many times. I just see the reality of people. Very upsetting."
