I came in to fix a very frail necklace and it was fixed within the expected time range. Make a long story short there was a mix up, which now I believe could have been on my side. They were absolutely amazing and ensured I felt comfortable with the options provided to resolve my issue. I’m in customer service so I truly understand what it takes to provide the level of service they did. I actually went back and purchased a necklace I didn’t need from them lol. "I would highly recommend Jewelry By Leonard Design! We have used them for many years from small battery replacements, repairs and jewelry cleaning to much larger work! I take my engagement and wedding rings each year to them to be cleaned and checked. They always take the time to fully look over the ring and the diamonds to make sure they are not lose and everything is secure. Recently, I had to have the prongs on my engagement ring replaced. We were able to schedule an appointment with the jeweler and my husband was able to be in the back and watch all of the work being done. Totally trust them and all their work."
