"Nice but not very helpful Didn't get anything established emails were sent out wow what an experience"
"I'm not sure even where to begin with this company...If your looking for employment please do not work here. They do not care about their employees, they only care about the "body" that's needed for if the state pops up. They are always holding "hiring events" every month and that right there is a red flag. Any company that holds a hiring event religiously tells you something is not right. If management put a little more time in to their employees and actually removing the ones who don't do their jobs then maybe this place could function properly. You have employees who take their job seriously and report wrong doings and then management wants to move the employee to another group home or fire them. You have employees who sleep on the job and literally walk in to their shift with a blanket and pillow and somehow they are able to keep their job even after it's been reported by employees and clients. You have staff who refuse to do their job, ex: client outings there for the individuals suffer. There are staff that leave clients sitting in their bedrooms for the entire shift just because they are that lazy and don't want to be bothered. When management receives a report of a problem they put the staff out of the group home for a short period of time and let them work in the day programs until they move the staff that reported the problem and then they put the staff that did the wrong right back in the home with the individuals that were already effected. Management will let you constantly be stuck shift after shift and not care. I can keep going with this company. This company needs to be shut down because it's individuals suffer through a lot and even though things are reported management does nothing to protect the individuals."
"If I could give this place negative 5 starts- I would do so. Upper and middle management are absolutely horrible. They are continuously looking for new hires because they fire people constantly and without any justifiable cause. My friend was screamed at work by another individual (i.e., a coworker), he did not scream back, he apologized for any miscommunication although there was none, he walked away, he reported the situation, and he was fired. Did I mention that he is a disabled veteran? This is how they treat individuals that have served this country. They do not care about any of their employees. If you don't care about the employees, what type of work do you expect them to perform? Please do not entrust the safety and well-being of your loved ones with them. They have zero consideration for anything but their bottom line."
"Love my job"
