"Had a follow up appointment with the PA for Dr woods today. Gabrielle and Dr Nick. Both where very interested in why I was there today! Helped me make a plan for the next month to address my issues and will see me again in a month. Dr woods and staff are the only orthopedic office that has really taken time to hear me. They don't jump right to surgery, but when surgery was done it helped tremendously."

"Dr Christopher Kepler, I think as I know of now did and amazing Job on my disk replacement and fusion , I feel almost normal in two months, I also thank his amazing staff Dr Alexis Drennen who was the best ever, help me prepare and gave me the exercise I needed before and after that made a word of difference. "My appointment was for 11:00am. I spoke with the front desk representative at 11:30. She was very responsive and called to the back right away. We found out together that the doctor was running a hour late. I asked to speak to the office manager, but she was in a meeting. Rothman doesn't value patients time. I sat in there waiting room for over a hour. Shame on you Rothman. Ok, so I saw the doctor, he was great! He was very knowledgeable and got the ball rolling right away to restore my health. I added two stars, because the doctor was very helpful."

"I went to Rothman Orthopedics with great expectations- I could not have been more wrong. The staff is very polite but the wait times once you arrive for your scheduled appointments are extreme- over an hour for my last one. They also usher you in to have multiple X-rays done before anyone even evaluates why you are there- then they don’t even bother to read those X-rays before they come in to see you. It is now weeks later and when I look in my patient portal there is still no actual readings or notes about any X-rays they took. They show they took them but have absolutely zero readings or notes about what they show. Almost like they are only doing the X-rays for the money they get for them and not for any diagnostic reason. I went in for multiple issues that started all at once with both my arms and they insisted that I had to see 3-4 DIFFERENT orthopedists. Mind you, when I looked up the specialty of these doctors they all specialized in elbows, wrists and hands- but each of them would only treat me or talk to me about only ONE of those things. I am guessing it’s cause they want three separate payments instead of just one. Kind of like the mandatory X-rays before you even get examined that nobody even read or looked at or bothered to even notate any results at all. To say I am extremely disappointed would be an understatement. The way they run their “factory big box store” of orthopedics is beyond unacceptable in my experience, bordering on a disgraceful opportunistic money grab."
