"I went here to have my tennis bracelet appraised. With only glasses on she was telling me how so many diamonds were cracked, chipped and poor quality. For a photo appraisal, she would have to send it out. No...Then she used the eye piece. Showed me, looked fine to me. Compared mine to others bracelets they had. She told me to go back to macys and demand a better quality bracelet. I went to Goff jewelers instead. Treated excellently. Appraised my bracelet with photos, without comparing it to other items. Told me it was a very good quality. Not the best buy very good. Treated us with respect"

"Save your time & money from this place. I had the worst experience my “custom made” engagement ring was replaced 3 times. First the middle piece wasn’t centered he said give him 4 weeks to fix it. no problem we gave him 5 weeks to do a better job. I wasn’t in a rush. Picked up the ring looks fine. I don’t take of my ring when I cook or clean never seen anyone do but than I realized diamonds around the ring was missing. My husband had to go back again. Horrible customer service. When he went to pick up the ring they said it was fixed it was still missing a diamond on the side. He purchased my Michele watch at the same time with the ring did not know we were gonna have this horrible experience and guess what lock is broken it keeps falling out out my wrist. Stay away from this place."
